Bioenergetic Testing- How Does It Work?

Bioenergetic Testing has been in practice for many years and it’s concept of working with energy is widely accepted in common western medical practice. This can be seen in machines like MRI’s, EKG’s, and Ultrasounds. It works by reading the body’s energy patterns and measuring its flow in and out of organs and tissue. When there is a mismatch between the inflow and outflow of energy, we know that area of the body is imbalanced. Thousands of frequencies are then applied to the imbalanced area- the one that resonates with that area of the body is the balancing frequency that is then included in the remedy. Only the exact resonating frequency will be able to bring lasting healing to that affected area.

Many people are familiar with muscle testing or kinesiology. This is another form of bioenergetic testing. In kinesiology the question is often asked verbally or the client may hold an object or substance that is being tested. The response is measured by changes in the contractile strength of the skeletal muscles and checked manually by the tester. Likewise, acupuncture which utilizes stimulation points to unblock the meridians or flow of energy in the body represents a form of bioenergetics that has been in practice for centuries.

Do test results correlate with symptoms?

The answer to this is ‘sometimes yes, sometimes no’, and it would be surprising if it was any other way. It is always re-assuring for clients if the test reports seem to confirm things that they are aware of.  However, the real value of a bioenergetic testing is to reveal underlying patterns that are able to help change the dynamics of the system. These, by definition, are not the symptoms themselves. They may be recognizable as things closely associated with a symptom, or they may not be. In many instances a client needs to undo patterns that have been ingrained into the body over years or decades. The process can be seen as stripping away ‘layers’. Bioenergetic testing reveals the body’s first priorities for healing, and those may or may not correlate with the main symptom that the client is experiencing. As we peel away more layers, different causative aspects of the health problems reveal themselves.

Bioenergetics and Homeopathy Working Together

Bioenergetics is a homeopathic tool.  A very sophisticated tool since it removes the guesswork that has long been associated with homeopathy.  Think of it as a marriage between Homeopathy, Digital Science, and Quantum Physics. Currently your eyes are processing frequencies of light energy into neural impulses, allowing written words to enter your consciousness; you do the same with sound waves when you hear another’s voice.  In the paradigm of Homeopathy, it is felt that our entire physiology revolves around the transmission and reception of sound and energy waves.  Since Homeopathic therapies are extreme dilutions of a therapeutic substance, all that is left are the frequencies emitted by the substance that have been imprinted in water, which you take as drops under your tongue.

The History of Bioenergetics

The importance of bioenergetics or bio-physics to health is by no means a new concept.  In fact, it represents the basis of traditional Chinese medicine which dates back over 4,000 years.  Chinese medicine identified the meridians or energetic channels that form electrical pathways throughout the body.  The flow of life energy or ‘Chi’ in these channels relies on them remaining in balance and free of blockages, and our ability to stay healthy and fight off disease in turn depends on this vital flow.  Stimulation of points on these channels with needles, acupuncture, heat or pressure represents the basis of many forms of health treatment, ancient and modern.

Homeopathy, which was developed over 200 years ago in Germany, also impacts upon the energetic system of the body. Animal, plant and mineral substances are diluted, often beyond the point where a molecule of the initial substance can still remain. Paradoxically, these diluted substances have greater impact the more times they are diluted. Obviously, this can’t be comprehended chemically; the action is energetic.

The development of modern bioenergetic medicine is credited to Rhinehold Voll, M.D..  He developed equipment capable of electronically locating acupuncture points. He then correlated these points with anatomical parts of the body and physiological functions, thereby synthesizing western science with the centuries-old traditions of Oriental medicine.  Today there are thousands of practitioners utilizing these techniques – many times referred to as functional medicine – with almost one out of three physicians in Europe employing homeopathic medicines through bioenergetic testing in their practices.

Currently in the United States, it is estimated that more than 70 percent of patients in any general practice suffer from functional disturbances.  Simply speaking, a functional disturbance occurs when no specific tissue or organ damage can be identified by conventional lab work or other pathological diagnostics, yet the patient still experiences a myriad of symptoms. These disturbances take place when you can no longer compensate adequately for changes in the environment, including both internal conditions of the body and external circumstances.  Since disease does not begin with but with a pre-clinical phase, bio-energetic analysis helps detect and identify these energetic and regulatory disturbances earlier — even from the very beginning of a pre-clinical phase when you display symptoms, but nobody can identify their cause.
